With nearly twenty years experience in the publishing industry, I have worked on projects ranging from college textbook ancillaries to cookbooks to high school curricula. I hold a BA in Literature (emphasis in Creative Writing—Fiction) from the University of California, Santa Cruz, a professional certificate in editing from UC Berkeley, and I am a graduate of the University of Denver Publishing Institute. Because any good editor is a lifelong learner, I continue to broaden my range of skills through workshop attendance and certificate courses.

I don't see it as my job to rewrite my clients' work, but rather to hone and refine their words so that the end result is what they were looking for in the first place. I look forward to hearing how I may help with your project!
